Understand what we cannot resolve

A reader once wrote to us because a withdrawal from their trading account had been pending for several days. They assumed that because we had reviewed the broker, we could look into the matter. We could not. We are an editorial site that publishes research and opinion about Tickmill for a Ugandan audience. We do not hold client funds, we do not open accounts, and we have no access to any trading platform or back-office system.

If your question concerns a live account, a deposit, a withdrawal, verification documents, trading conditions on your specific account, or a dispute about a transaction, it falls outside what we can answer. Those matters are handled only by the broker's own support channels. We cannot escalate, expedite, or influence any account decision, and we cannot confirm the status of an individual case.

We also cannot provide financial advice, recommend whether to open or close a position, or comment on the suitability of any product for your circumstances. Our role is limited to publishing editorial content about the broker's publicly stated terms and our own observations.

Submit a factual correction

If you believe a statement in one of our articles is factually wrong, we want to know. Please use the contact form on this site and identify the article, the specific sentence or figure, and the source you rely on. A link to a public document, a dated screenshot of the broker's own page, or a reference to published terms is far more useful than a general assertion that something is incorrect.

We review correction requests against the sources available to us at the time of publication and against any updated material you provide. Where we agree that an error has been made, we will amend the article and, where the change is material, add a short note explaining what was corrected and when.

We do not remove articles or change conclusions simply because a reader disagrees with them. Corrections are for factual accuracy, not for editorial preference. We will acknowledge substantive submissions, but we cannot guarantee a reply to every message.

Raise a complaint about this site

If you have a complaint about how this site operates, for example about a headline you consider misleading, a comment you believe should not have been published, or the conduct of an editor, please set it out in writing through the contact form on this site. Describe what happened, when, and what outcome you are seeking. Vague complaints are difficult to act on.

Complaints are reviewed by the editorial team. Where we find that we have fallen short of our own standards, we will say so and explain what we have changed. We will not enter into correspondence about the merits of the broker itself through this channel; that belongs in a factual correction request if a specific statement is at issue.

We keep complaint records for our own review purposes. We do not publish complainant identities without consent, and we do not pass complaints to the broker.

Go to the broker for account support

For anything connected to your account, your funds, or your trading activity, contact Tickmill directly. The broker's own website publishes its current support routes, including live chat, a support ticket system, and published contact details for client enquiries. Use the channels listed there rather than relying on third-party pages, including this one.

Before you write to the broker, have your account reference and any relevant transaction details to hand. Keep copies of your correspondence. If a matter remains unresolved, ask the broker for its formal complaints procedure and follow the steps it sets out.

We do not relay messages to the broker, and we cannot confirm whether any particular support channel is currently staffed. The broker's own published information is the only reliable source for that.
